Gilgamesh, I've heard of this anime however I have yet to see it and I don't generally like the style/genre in which the song was written.  However, this song is particularly catchy and I find myself going back to it over and over on the play list.  I love how djpretzel creates such a simplistic loop and yet adds so much emotion.  The pianos that are slightly pan right also add so much to the piece, they are truly the perfect icing on a delicious cake. 

The thing that I noticed first in this song was that djp is singing in Japanese!  He mentioned in his self review that he expects a few new Japanese students to criticize him on his pronunciation (however I do agree that it is a huge pride issue amongst much of the anime fans =P).  With my little knowledge of the Japanese language, I thought the song sounded great.

Anyways, if you're like me, never seen Gilgamesh, I would strongly urge you to download this piece, because this song is just well produced, well composed, and well performed.  (all 10s fyi)
